Installation is not included in product pricing, and may vary for different articles
Damages to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Unless specified, the invoice tax is not payable under reverse charges. Please separately mention supplies under reverse charges.
Physical damage is not covered; cleaning with water or cheap materials may cause rust. In case of breakage, the company is not responsible for any damage to flooring, marble, furniture, or home décor beneath.
If a replacement is approved, installation and any required scaffolding costs shall be borne by the customer.
In case of breakage, the company is not liable for any injury or accident, as chandelier falls may occur due to reasons beyond our control.
